We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented School Marketing Executive responsible for driving student admissions through field marketing, lead generation, parent engagement, and local promotional activities. The role will involve developing strong relationships with prospective parents, schools, communities, and other relevant stakeholders to increase enquiries and admissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified admission leads through field marketing, direct outreach, referrals, events, and local promotional activities.
- Conduct regular field visits to identify and engage with prospective parents and potential student communities.
- Promote the school's academic programs, facilities, activities, achievements, and unique offerings to prospective parents.
- Handle admission enquiries and counsel parents regarding courses, admission procedures, fee structure, facilities, and other relevant information.
- Follow up with prospective parents through calls, messages, meetings, and school visits to convert enquiries into admissions.




- Organize and participate in school promotional events, education fairs, community activities, seminars, campaigns, and outreach programs.
- Build relationships with local communities, resident associations, educational networks, and other potential lead sources.
- Coordinate with the Admission and School Administration teams to ensure a smooth admission process for prospective students.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and admission status.
- Achieve monthly and annual lead generation and admission targets as assigned by the management.
- Monitor competitor schools, their offerings, activities, and promotional strategies to identify opportunities for the school.
- Prepare regular reports on field activities, lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, and market feedback.
