Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes for API synthesis using various techniques such as organic chemistry and analytical methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process issues and improve overall efficiency.
- Conduct experiments, analyze data, and interpret results to optimize reaction conditions and product yields.
- Develop and maintain documentation of experimental procedures, protocols, and reports.
- Performing activities at both lab and manufacturing facility to ensure the lab process safely transferred to pilot scale / commercial scale with reproducible results.

Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or life sciences industry setting.
- Solid understanding of organic chemistry principles and their applications
- Experience with API synthesis processes from discovery to commercialization.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements governing drug development.
