QA Engineer would lead quality assurance activities across application releases by ensuring test coverage, quality gates, and release-readiness controls are consistently applied across enterprise digital products. The role would involve validating functional correctness, integration readiness, regression stability, and release quality for applications transitioning from MVP into production-grade platforms. The QA Engineer would help establish repeatable testing practices, support quality governance across release cycles, and improve confidence in deployments through structured validation, defect management, and automation readiness.
Test Strategy & Quality Assurance
- Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and validation scenarios.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing across releases.
- Ensure quality standards are consistently applied across enhancement, defect-fix, and release cycles.
- Contribute to test strategy for enterprise-scale and production-sensitive deployments.
Release Quality Gates & Governance
- Support release readiness by validating quality gates before CAB / production approvals.
- Ensure scope, acceptance criteria, and test coverage are complete for planned releases.
- Provide quality status, defect summaries, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support post-release validation, smoke testing, and deployment verification activities.
Defect Management & Traceability
- Identify, log, triage, and track defects through closure.
- Work closely with developers and business teams to reproduce, prioritize, and validate fixes.
- Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, defects, and release outcomes.
- Highlight quality risks, recurring defects, and areas needing preventive improvement.
Automation & Continuous Improvement
