Job Title: Wellness Centre In-Charge

Job Summary:

Looking for a Wellness Centre In-Charge to manage overall wellness operations, guest consultations, service delivery, business development, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day operations of the Wellness Centre.

* Conduct guest/OPD consultations and recommend suitable wellness programs and therapies.

* Develop and promote current wellness programs, packages, and guest engagement initiatives.

* Drive sales, business development, revenue generation, and customer acquisition/retention.

* Coordinate with therapists, consultants, resort operations, and other departments.

* Handle guest queries, counselling, feedback, and ensure a high-quality guest experience.

* Coordinate with Natural Herbs & Formulations Pvt. Ltd. for Ayurveda-based products, medicines, and wellness programs.

* Support marketing and promotional activities for the Wellness Centre.

* Monitor consultations, guest feedback, performance, and revenue-related activities and submit regular reports to management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
