We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to lead people operations at Dentira. You will own the end-to-end HR function — from policies and compliance to employee relations and culture — and act as a trusted advisor to both employees and leadership as we continue to scale.

Responsibilities

Own and manage core HR operations including onboarding,



offboarding, leave management, and HR compliance
- Draft, implement, and continuously improve HR policies in line with applicable labour laws
- Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters
- Partner with leadership on performance management, appraisals, and compensation planning
- Drive recruitment coordination and support hiring managers through the interview process
- Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESI, POSH, and other applicable labour regulations
- Build and maintain a robust, transparent, and people-first culture across the organisation
- Own HRMS (Keka) administration — employee records, leave tracking, and payroll coordination
- Support and advise managers on people-related decisions with a balance of empathy and business pragmatism
