We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site execution for interior fit-out and architectural projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating labour, contractors, vendors and site activities while ensuring that work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily interior fit-out and construction activities at site.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, designers, contractors and vendors.
- Read and understand architectural, interior, electrical, plumbing and MEP drawings.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, dimensions and specifications.
- Monitor workmanship, material quality and installation standards.
- Manage and coordinate carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, fabricators and other site workers.
- Check measurements and quantities of completed work.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Track material deliveries, consumption and site requirements.




- Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper sequencing of activities to avoid delays and rework.
- Monitor site safety, housekeeping and discipline.
- Coordinate inspections and snagging activities.
- Ensure timely completion of punch-list and rectification works.
- Maintain regular communication with the Project Manager regarding site progress, manpower and material requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant site supervision experience, preferably in interior fit-outs.
- Good knowledge of interior construction methods and materials.
- Ability to read architectural and working drawings.
- Good understanding of carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing and other finishing works.
