Assistant Manager Job Responsibilities
• Sales & Business Development
• Support in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Generate and follow up on leads from calls, digital platforms, referrals, and
walk-ins.
• Assist sales executives in converting leads into site visits and bookings.
• Monitor the sales pipeline and follow up on pending deals.
• Team Management
• Supervise and motivate sales team members.
• Allocate leads and daily activities to team members.
• Monitor individual and team performance.
• Conduct regular meetings and provide guidance to sales staff.
• Help train recent employees on sales processes and company policies.
• Client & Customer Management
• Handle customer enquiries and provide information about properties.
• Coordinate site visits and property demonstrations.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate with management to resolve
issues.
• Property & Site Operations
• Coordinate with site teams, developers, brokers, and other stakeholders.




• Ensure properties are properly presented to prospective buyers or tenants.
• Keep updated information on pricing, availability, specifications, amenities,
and offers.
• Assist with property documentation and transaction coordination.
• Reporting & Administration
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain CRM records, lead databases, and customer information.
• Track bookings, collections, cancellations, and pending documentation.
• Support the Manager with administrative and operational activities.
• Marketing Support
• Coordinate with marketing teams for property promotions.
• Support online and offline campaigns.
• Monitor lead generation and campaign performance.
• Assist in organizing property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
