Position: US IT Recruiter Support
Experience: 0–2 Years
Job Type: Work From Home
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST Night Shift

Job Responsibilities:
- Support the US IT Recruitment and OPT Recruitment team.
- Source and screen candidates for US-based IT requirements.
- Communicate with candidates and provide recruitment support.
- Maintain candidate details and follow up regularly.
- Work with job portals and other sourcing platforms.
- Provide customer support and maintain professional communication with candidates and consultants.

Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Recruitment, US Staffing, or related roles are preferred.




- Good communication skills in English are required.
- Basic knowledge of US IT Recruitment or OPT Recruitment is an added advantage.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in the night shift.
