Role & responsibilities
- Oversee governance processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements. Incorporate current compliance mandates into workflows.
- Track pre closure metrics, identify increasing trends, and conduct deep dives by location and channel.
- Collaborate with business teams to escalate and highlight areas where closures are rising, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
- Prepare detailed trend reports and presentations for business reviews, providing insights into pre closure behaviour.
- Draft and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and governance notes to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance across teams.
- Ensure governance standards are maintained across retention processes, with timely closure of identified gaps.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership, driving alignment on retention strategies

Preferred candidate profile
- 6-12 years of experience in BFSI segment, handling, operations, audit, compliance, or risk management.
- Experience in trend analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross functionally and drive accountability across teams
