is recruiting on behalf of one of its hiring partners for a
remote Senior UI/UX & Product Design Expert opportunity
supporting an AI research initiative focused on evaluating how well AI systems perform real-world digital product design work. Rather than creating designs yourself, you will define what excellent product and UX work looks like, develop task-specific evaluation criteria, and assess AI-generated and human design work with rigorous, well-reasoned feedback.

What You’ll Do:
- You will create precise grading criteria for real-world product design work, including
design systems, responsive interfaces, dashboards, customer portals, and end-to-end product flows
such as onboarding, checkout, and booking.
- You will evaluate completed work samples, provide detailed written justifications for your scores, and apply consistent, evidence-based judgment. You will also incorporate reviewer feedback and refine your evaluations to maintain a high standard.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Ideal candidates have
5+ years of professional experience in product design, UI/UX,



or design systems
for real digital products. Experience with product-led companies, e-commerce, marketplaces, or leading UX/product teams is highly valuable.
- Robust skills in interaction and visual design, design systems, responsive layouts, prototyping, Figma, UX writing, and design-to-development handoff are expected. Excellent written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to provide thoughtful design critique are essential. Previous AI evaluation or training experience is a plus.

Compensation & Commitment:
- $80-$150/hour
- Fully remote
