Role & responsibilities
- Monitor compliance gaps, process lapses, and control weaknesses across Vehicle Finance operations.
- Drive implementation of RBI regulations, regulatory changes, and internal compliance requirements.
- Coordinate RBI, Internal, Statutory, and Concurrent Audit observations and ensure timely closure.
- Track remediation, conduct sustenance checks, and prevent recurrence of compliance issues.
- Review and strengthen processes, SOPs, policies, and system controls.
- Coordinate with Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams for control enhancements.
- Ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting, MIS, dashboards, and compliance updates.
- Act as the first line of defense for regulatory and internal compliance adherence
