1, Experience in Heavy fabrication industry Fit up

2, Experience in FCAW welding

3, Experience in Gas cutting and Preheating

4. Able to understand Drawing and on calculation mathematic

5, Experience in bending, rolling, checking through template and Layout

6, Knowledge with plate bend heat correction

7, Experience in EOT crane operating- (Electric overhead travelling)

Desired Profile

8, Experience in grinding and polishing activity

1.Perform in large fabrication fit up and checking as per drawing / customer requirements

2, Perform in FCAW welding

3, To be Perform in gas cutting, bevelling and grinding

4, Handling of Measuring Instruments.

5, Awareness of basic industrial safety and Maintaining of 5s in shop floor

2.Experience in operating of auto welding machines (PTA,Robotic,Overlay)

3.Experience in engineering drawing reading (Weld symbols)





4.Experience in furnace operations (Nitriding, Electrical, and LPG-based systems)

5.Experience in EOT crane operation (Electric Overhead Travelling )

6.Experience in Plate bending and rolling process

7.Experience in Handling the Grinding & Polishing tools (Air & elctrical)

8.Experience in Gouging ,gas cutting & Preheating

9.Awareness of industrial safey and 5'S' activity

1.Welding machine handling (OTC Daihen machine)

2.Auto welding machine handling-6 axis- ROBOTIC machine, Semi auto machine

3.Knowledge of PWHT (post weld heat treatment process)

4.Experience in EOT crane operating- (Electric overhead travelling)

5.Handling AG4, AG7 & die grinding pneumatic tools
