Head – BMS will lead the architecture, development, validation, industrialization, and production support of battery-management systems for lithium-ion battery packs used in EV, ESS, or industrial applications. The role will manage BMS hardware, embedded software, battery algorithms, cell monitoring, balancing, protection, CAN communication, functional safety, testing, certification, suppliers, and customer integration.

The ideal candidate should have a B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Embedded Systems, Instrumentation, or a related discipline, with 12–20 years of experience in BMS, lithium-ion batteries, EV systems, energy storage, or power electronics. Strong experience in SOC/SOH algorithms, embedded C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, CAN tools, HIL validation, high-voltage systems, battery safety, and cross-functional team leadership is required. The position will also support compliance with applicable standards such as ISO 26262, IEC 62619, UN 38.3, AIS-156, AIS-038, and ECE R100, depending on the product application.

Pay: Up to ₹4,000,000.00 per year
