Role Description
The BIM Modeler role is a full-time on-site position based in Gurugram.



The BIM Modeler will create and maintain detailed Building Information Models for metal framing, cable management, and support systems across EPC, MEP, and HVAC projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting architectural and construction drawings, coordinating with engineering and project teams, and developing accurate 3D models and shop drawings. The role involves integrating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) elements, ensuring model consistency, performing clash checks, and updating models based on design revisions. The BIM Modeler will also support documentation for fabrication and installation, adhere to company standards, and contribute to process improvement for modeling workflows.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience working as a BIM Modeler or similar modeling role.
- Ability to interpret and work with Architecture and Construction Drawings for industrial and building services project
