About the Role

Spellzee is looking for a
Senior Performance Marketing Executive
who combines strong performance marketing expertise with creative thinking and hands-on execution.

You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition across
Meta and Google
, while also contributing to the creative process—from identifying audience insights and developing concepts to writing scripts, creating video content and testing new advertising angles.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that great performance marketing is a combination of
data, creativity, customer psychology and execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing
- Plan, launch, manage and optimise campaigns across
Meta Ads and Google Ads
.
- Independently manage a minimum monthly advertising budget of
₹5 -

₹
10 Lakhs+
.
- Monitor and optimise
CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and lead quality
.
- Develop audience,



campaign and bidding strategies based on business objectives.
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale.
- Understand platform algorithms, audience signals, campaign learning and optimisation mechanisms.
- Manage the paid acquisition funnel from campaign to lead and conversion.

Creative & Content
- Develop creative concepts and advertising angles based on customer and market insights.
- Write compelling
video ad scripts, hooks and marketing copy
.
- Plan and coordinate short-form video advertisements.
- Be comfortable
shooting simple marketing videos and appearing on camera when required
.
- Work with designers and editors to create, test and iterate advertising creatives.
- Identify winning creative patterns and develop new variations.
- Use
AI tools effectively
for research, ideation, scripting, content creation and creative testing.
