About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand's social media presence in the US market. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, US audience preferences, content strategies, and platform-specific best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and execute monthly and weekly social media content calendars.
- Develop engaging content ideas, including Reels, short-form videos, posts, carousels, stories, and trend-based content.
- Research US market trends, competitors, customer interests, and viral content opportunities.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content creators, and marketing teams for content production.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, hashtags, and calls-to-action suitable for the US audience.
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience feedback.
- Track social media performance, including reach, engagement, follower growth,



website traffic, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and emerging social media trends.
- Support influencer collaborations and user-generated content campaigns.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other major platforms.
- Positive understanding of the US audience and social media trends.
- Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to create engaging content strategies and viral content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools is preferred.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Ability to work closely with creative and marketing teams.
