About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can translate marketing ideas into strong visual communication across digital and print. You’ll work closely with the marketing, content, and video teams to create high-impact visuals for social media, paid ads, email, WhatsApp, website, campaigns, events, packaging, and offline brand communication.
Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Campaign Design
- Create compelling creatives for Meta, Google, social media, email, WhatsApp, and websites.
- Design campaign visuals, promotional assets, product communication, and marketing collateral.
- Adapt creative assets across different formats, platforms, and target audiences.
- Develop performance-focused ad creatives optimized for specific campaign objectives.

2. Print & Brand Collateral
- Design brochures, flyers, standees, posters, banners, certificates, event collateral, and other print materials.




- Prepare artwork according to technical print specifications, including dimensions, bleed, margins, and CMYK requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and printers to ensure high-quality final output.
- Support product packaging design and other offline brand materials.

3. Brand & Content Design
- Design social media posts, carousels, video thumbnails, newsletters, and presentations.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital and offline touchpoints.
- Develop unique visual concepts based on creative briefs and marketing objectives.

4. Collaboration & Execution
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate abstract ideas into concrete visual concepts.
- Work with video editors to create thumbnails, visual assets, and basic motion elements.
