The Yardi System Administrator / Implementation Specialist is responsible for the administration, optimization, support, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Yardi platform supporting multifamily residential property management operations. This role serves as the primary liaison between property operations, accounting, leasing, resident services, and technology teams to ensure Yardi solutions effectively support business objectives and resident experience initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines robust technical expertise in Yardi Voyager with hands-on knowledge of multifamily property management processes, including leasing, resident accounting, affordable housing programs, procurement, maintenance operations, and resident engagement platforms. The individual will lead system implementations, enhancements, integrations, reporting initiatives, and user adoption efforts across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration & Support
- Administer, maintain, and optimize Yardi Voyager and related multifamily applications.
- Configure properties,



charge schedules, workflows, resident accounting processes, approval hierarchies, and operational settings.
- Troubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, workflow failures, and user access concerns.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for property management, accounting, and operational teams.
- Coordinate and manage support cases with Yardi and third-party vendors.
- Monitor application performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend system enhancements.

Implementation & Project Management
- Lead Yardi implementations, upgrades, acquisitions onboarding, and system optimization initiatives.
- Gather business and operational requirements from property management, accounting, asset management, and executive stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, testing strategies, deployment schedules, and training programs.
