*Job Description:*
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our online business operations across various e-commerce platforms. The candidate will be responsible for handling marketplace operations, product listings, sales growth, inventory coordination, and customer experience management.
*Key Responsibilities:*
• Manage and handle product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and other online platforms
• Upload and update product details, images, pricing, and descriptions
• Optimize product listings for better visibility and sales performance
• Monitor marketplace performance and daily sales activities
• Handle order processing, returns, refunds, and customer queries
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations
• Maintain inventory updates and stock management across all platforms
• Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and discount offers
• Analyze sales reports, performance metrics, and marketplace insights
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams for branding and promotional activities
• Ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations and account management
*Required Skills:*
• Experience in handling e-commerce marketplaces
• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub
• Good understanding of product listing and catalog management
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
• Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
*Experience Required:* 3+ Years
*Working Days:* Monday to Saturday
*Office Timing:* 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
