We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and technology-friendly Data Entry & Bookkeeping Executive to join our growing FMCG business.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Excel, maintaining accurate records, handling bookkeeping and data-entry tasks, and using modern technology to improve day-to-day business processes.

We are looking for someone who does more than just complete assigned tasks someone who can identify opportunities for improvement, bring new ideas, use technology and AI tools effectively, and add value to the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry and maintain company records.
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets, reports, and business data.
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain financial records.
- Organize invoices, bills, transactions, and other business documents.
- Reconcile and verify data to identify errors or discrepancies.
- Prepare regular reports and summaries using Excel.
- Maintain proper records of sales, purchases, expenses, inventory,



and other business information.
- Assist management with data analysis and reporting whenever required.
- Use Excel formulas and other tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay updated with recent technologies and productivity tools.
- Learn and use basic AI tools to improve routine business processes and productivity.
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest practical improvements.
- Bring new ideas that can help the company save time, reduce errors, and improve operations.
- Work closely with other departments and support day-to-day business activities.

What We Are Looking For
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and spreadsheets.
- Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting.
- Good computer and Microsoft Office skills.
- Basic understanding of AI tools and modern technology.
- Smart, proactive, and willing to learn new technologies.
