Role & responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, budgets, milestones and execution plans.
- Establish project timelines and track progress against approved plans.
- Coordinate with engineering, project, construction, procurement and other internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of key milestones.
- Identify project risks, delays and interface issues and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
- Coordinate site activities, including erection, installation, commissioning and performance testing.
- Ensure project execution complies with approved cost, schedule, quality and safety requirements.
- Coordinate project completion, documentation and handover activities.

Engineering & Technical Coordination
- Coordinate with engineering consultants, technology suppliers, contractors and internal engineering teams.
- Review technical specifications, drawings, scope of supply and project requirements.




- Ensure technical requirements are clearly defined and communicated to vendors and contractors.
- Resolve technical and interface-related issues affecting project execution.

Procurement & Tendering
- Manage end-to-end project procurement activities in line with project requirements and timelines.
- Prepare and review RFQs, tender documents, technical specifications, BOQs, scope of supply and commercial conditions.
- Identify and evaluate suitable vendors, suppliers and contractors.
- Coordinate technical and commercial bid evaluations and support vendor finalization.
- Conduct commercial negotiations with vendors to achieve competitive pricing and favorable commercial terms.
- Optimize procurement costs while maintaining required quality and technical standards.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor order fulfillment.

Vendor & Purchase Order Management
- Monitor vendor activities from order placement through manufacturing, inspection, dispatc
