Role: Java Backend Developer

If you enjoy solving real problems with clean code and robust system design, this is for you.

What Youll Do Build & maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.

Design scalable APIs and work on database modeling for performance and reliability Write clean, testable code with a strong focus on DSA and system design principles

Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps to ship features end-to-end Deploy and monitor services on cloud infrastructure.

Strong exposure in DSA & Candidates must be practicing in any platforms like Leetcode, Geek for Geeks, Coding Ninjas, Codechef, Scaler etc... in daily basis

Must-Have Skills





3+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development

Strong DSA fundamentals you can explain time/space complexity and optimize code

Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Microservices architecture – REST, inter-service communication, distributed systems basics

Databases: MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB and SQL optimization Version control: Git, CI/CD basics.

Good to Have:

Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch Unit testing with JUnit, Mockito Agile/Scrum experience.
