Role Description
The Customer Support Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This role involves responding to customer inquiries across channels, resolving issues related to orders, deliveries, product information, and returns, and ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic communication. The associate will document interactions, follow up on open tickets, and collaborate with internal teams such as operations, sales,



and product to address customer concerns. Daily responsibilities include maintaining service standards, gathering customer feedback, suggesting improvements to the customer experience, and supporting basic sales-related queries or upselling opportunities when appropriate. The role requires a strong customer-focus mindset and the ability to handle multiple requests efficiently while maintaining a professional and positive tone.
