Responsibilities
Running and maintaining 1E Tachyon Platform Backend Infrastructure (On Prem SaaS)

Responsible for improving Digital Employee Experience (DEX)

Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders and clients

Support project planning, scoping, and execution with a focus on quality and efficiency

Developing custom instructions for workplace experience and Selfheal capabilities for devices

Guarantied state rule creation and deployment

Device Stability and Experience monitoring and troubleshooting

Tachyon agent and Server Health monitoring

ITSM connect with Tachyon

Desktop management integration (OS Patching, Software Delivery)

Inventory Management for endpoints

Collaborate with other collaborators to build, test, and release automation and selfheal capabilities

Work with 1E Vendor for any raised issues related to 1E Solutions and Platform

Train support staff and help with technical issues as necessary

Work with client organizations to identify and address business needs

Design and execute SQL queries, dashboards,



and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Leverage telemetry data to perform in-depth analysis of system performance, user behavior, and usage patterns to identify actionable insights and optimization opportunities

Ensure accurate and consistent reporting, adhering to data governance standards and aligning with internal and customer expectations

Create visually compelling and outcome-oriented PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate insights, recommendations, and project progress to internal stakeholders and clients

Analyze incident volume trends, knowledge base (KB) articles, and support operations data to uncover automation and process improvement opportunities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project governance frameworks

Develop analytical frameworks and models to support strategic decision-making and continuou
