Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete Finance & Accounts function of the organization.
- Supervise day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, receivables, payables and banking activities.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESI and other statutory compliances.
- Handle GST returns, reconciliations, TDS returns and taxation-related matters.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, tax consultants, banks and government authorities.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable and ensure timely collections and payments.
- Monitor company cash flow, working capital and fund requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, budgets and management reports.
- Monitor P&L;, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance and cash/bank reconciliation.
- Ensure proper accounting of sales, purchases, expenses,



inventory and fixed assets.
- Conduct regular ledger scrutiny and reconciliation.
- Support management in budgeting, cost control and financial decision-making.
- Establish and maintain robust internal financial controls.
- Lead and supervise the Accounts team and allocate work effectively.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Assist in audit preparation and closure of audit observations.
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
