Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Accounts Head with strong experience in the Manufacturing Industry and proven exposure to multi-plant accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete accounting and finance function, financial reporting, MIS, statutory compliance, audits, budgeting, cost control, and coordination across multiple manufacturing plants.

Manufacturing industry experience and multi-plant exposure are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities1. Accounts & Finance Management
- Manage the complete day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Supervise accounting activities across multiple manufacturing plants and corporate/head office.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, journals,



and other financial transactions.
- Review and control accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and cash/bank transactions.
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books.
- Review trial balance, profit & loss account, balance sheet, and other financial statements.

2. Multi-Plant Accounting
- Manage and consolidate financial data from multiple manufacturing plants.
- Monitor plant-wise expenses, revenue, profitability, inventory, and working capital.
- Ensure proper inter-plant and inter-company accounting.
- Review plant-wise accounting entries and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with Plant Heads, Commercial, Purchase, Stores, Production, and Management teams.
- Ensure uniform accounting processes and controls across all plants.

3. MIS & Management Reporting – Strong
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, monthly, and plant-wise MIS reports.
