Job Summary

Tech Cluster is looking for an experienced Educational Counselor to guide students in selecting suitable courses and career paths while driving admissions and enrollment.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Explain course details, fees, duration, curriculum, and placement assistance.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Maintain lead, follow-up, and admission records.




- Coordinate with Marketing, Academic, and Placement teams.
- Handle student queries and objections professionally.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–8 years of experience in educational counseling, admissions, EdTech, training institutes, or related fields.
- Excellent communication, counseling, and convincing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM preferred.
