Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their requirements, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and address their queries promptly.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and generating repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requirements, and sales activities.




- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and customer retention targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations when required.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on client engagement, sales pipeline, and business performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.
