We are looking for a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in social media marketing, paid campaigns, branding, client communication, strategy development, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies for clients and internal brands.
- Plan and manage social media campaigns to improve brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
- Identify new digital trends, tools, and opportunities to improve marketing performance.

2. Social Media & Brand Management
- Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Develop strategies for brand awareness, audience growth, and engagement.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all digital platforms.

3. Paid Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance,



analyse results, and improve ROI.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

4. Client Handling & Presentations
- Manage multiple client accounts and maintain strong, skilled client relationships.
- Conduct regular client reviews, presentations, and strategy discussions.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of marketing activities.
- Act as a key point of contact between clients and the internal marketing team.

5. Team Management & Coordination
- Guide, mentor, and support digital marketing team members.
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, video editors, and other internal teams.
- Maintain workflow efficiency and ensure quality standards across projects.
