Responsibilities:
- Legal Advisory: Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice to the Board of Directors, Group CEO, Executive Leadership Team and business functions on corporate, commercial and strategic matters.
- Regulatory & Statutory Compliance: Maintain an effective legal compliance framework, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations including data privacy laws across all jurisdictions, and advise on regulatory matters.
- Commercial Contracts & Corporate Transactions: Lead the drafting, review and negotiation of significant commercial agreements and provide legal support for strategic partnerships, joint ventures, fundraising, financing, M&A; and other corporate transactions.
- Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Manage litigation, arbitration, regulatory proceedings and other disputes in collaboration with external legal counsel, ensuring effective and commercially sound outcomes.
- Intellectual Property: Manage and support the protection of the Group's intellectual property, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets,



licensing and technology-related matters.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess and mitigate legal and regulatory risks, implement appropriate legal protections and governance processes, and support informed business decision-making across the Group.
- External Counsel Management: Manage relationships with external law firms and consultants. Review legal opinions, monitor legal costs, and ensure quality and timely delivery.
- International Legal Support: Coordinate legal matters across the Group's operations in Switzerland, India, Singapore, the UAE, the Philippines, China and other jurisdictions, ensuring consistent legal standards and effective legal support worldwide.

Experience and Qualification:
- Qualified lawyer with 5 - 7 years of post-qualification experience, including in-house and/or leading law firm experience.
