Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional testing and troubleshooting of PCBAs and electronic products.
- Diagnose failures using multimeter, oscilloscope, LCR meter, power supply, etc.
- Debug issues related to components, soldering, PCB assembly, power rails, communication interfaces and ICs.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for failed boards and support corrective actions.
- Support IQC, IPQC and final quality inspection activities.
- Analyze recurring production defects and coordinate with SMT, MI and Quality teams to reduce failures.
- Maintain testing, debugging and rejection records and prepare basic quality reports.
- Read and understand schematics, BOMs, datasheets and PCB layouts.

Candidate Profile
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics / ECE / Electrical.
- 1-4 years of experience in electronics testing, PCBA debugging or electronics manufacturing quality preferred.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of electronic components and PCB troubleshooting.
- Experience in an EMS/SMT manufacturing setting will be preferred.
