Role & responsibilities

What you'll do
- Own the PMO trackers, leadership reporting, the NACH assets directory, stakeholder cadences, and the feedback loops that keep process and governance improving
- Guide requestors and business teams end to end through contracting for NDAs, collaboration agreements, MSAs, and referral and re-sell agreements; manage live cases and resolve queries
- Prepare briefing packs for Global Risk & Regulatory due-diligence review, translate risk queries for business teams, coordinate approvals and archive sign-offs
- Automate the Agreement Business Impact Assessment framework and scorecard — standardise it for global and territory use, run territory pilots to scale adoption, and identify the next automation worth building
- Conduct legal research that feeds decision frameworks,



and supply the source material that sharpens our contracting AI agent
- Align across the Office of the General Counsel, Risk & Regulatory, Finance, and Alliance leaders and drivers

What success looks like
- The impact assessment scorecard is standardised, automated and adopted across territories — less manual effort, better accuracy and consistency
- Leadership decides faster against consistent criteria; global alliance agreements execute quicker with lower risk exposure
- Fewer exceptions and less territory variance, with processes documented well enough that teams can follow them without you
