Position Overview

We are looking for a commercially driven
Marketing Manager
with experience in building and scaling offline and omnichannel brands in India. The ideal candidate should have witnessed and contributed to a brand’s growth journey from
Level 1 to Level 5
—from establishing foundational brand awareness and customer acquisition to building a strong, scalable, multi-market brand with an integrated physical and digital presence.

This role will lead brand strategy, retail and on-ground marketing, digital campaigns, customer engagement, partnerships, and sales enablement. The candidate must understand how offline experiences, digital channels, community building, and performance marketing work together to drive business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Growth and Strategy
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for an offline-first and omnichannel brand.
- Build the brand across multiple stages of maturity, from market entry and awareness to scale, leadership, and customer loyalty.
- Translate business objectives into clear brand, customer acquisition,



and retention strategies.
- Define target audiences, customer segments, positioning, messaging, and brand guidelines.
- Identify opportunities for expansion across locations, customer segments, products, services, and partnerships.
- Track competitor activity, consumer behaviour, category trends, and emerging marketing opportunities in India.

Offline and On-Ground Marketing
- Plan and execute local, regional, and national offline marketing campaigns.
- Drive visibility through events, activations, outdoor media, print, radio, exhibitions, direct marketing, and local partnerships.
- Develop location-specific marketing strategies to generate awareness, footfall, enquiries, bookings, memberships, or sales.
- Plan launch campaigns for recent locations, experiences, products, communities, and services.
- Create impactful customer touchpoints across physical spaces, events, retail environments, hospitality venue
