Job OverviewThe Accounts Head will lead the finance and accounts department, ensuring financial health, regulatory compliance, and robust reporting. This strategic leader manages day-to-day accounting operations, finalizes balance sheets, oversees tax compliance, and drives internal financial controls.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management: Oversee daily operations of the accounting department including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
Finalization & Reporting: Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L; accounts.
Tax & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely filing of direct and indirect taxes (e.g., GST, TDS, Income Tax, Corporate Tax).
Audit Management: Direct internal and external statutory audits by acting as the primary point of contact.
Cash Flow & Budgeting: Monitor corporate cash flows,



optimize working capital, and assist senior management in budget preparation.
Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and evaluate accounts executives and assistant managers to maintain high productivity
Skills & Qualifications
Education: Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com), MBA in Finance, or a qualified degree like CA / CMA intermediate qualified.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of overall accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Software: Expert proficiency in ERP systems (like SAP, Oracle, or Tally Prime) and advanced MS Excel.
Competencies: Sharp analytical skills, high ethical standards, and comprehensive knowledge of localized accounting principles and GAAP.
