Title: US Healthcare Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Job Type: Full Time

Shift Timings: 7 PM to 4 AM IST

The Role

You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle for travel nurses and allied health professionals: sourcing, screening, placing, and supporting candidates through their assignments. That last part matters most to us. At Kiwi, recruiters are advocates — not just closers.
- Source candidates across job boards, social platforms, and our internal database




- Interview and qualify healthcare professionals for the right fit — location, shift, assignment type, availability
- Build real, lasting relationships with your travelers, not transactional ones
- Support candidates through compliance, credentialing, housing, and onboarding
- Hit weekly and quarterly goals (we'll set them together, and they'll be fair)
- Generate leads and uncover new client opportunities
- Collaborate with the broader Kiwi team while managing your own book of business

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of US healthcare recruiting experience, with a solid focus on travel nursing or allied health
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
- Track record of building candidate and client relationships that last
- Comfortable working U.S. business hours from a home office with reliable internet
- Familiar
