Role Description

The
Senior Account Executive
is a full time, on-site role based at the
Central Office in Kushalnagar, Coorg
, with
Altitude Hotels & Resorts
.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, handling transactions, reconciliations, reporting and supporting the overall financial management of our hospitality group.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in
Tally
,



excellent knowledge of accounting principles, attention to detail and the ability to independently manage accounting responsibilities across multiple hotel and resort operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete day-to-day accounting operations.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts using
Tally
.
- Handle sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments and journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Monitor debtor and creditor accounts and follow up where required.
- Handle vendor payments and maintain purchase and expense records.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, MIS and management reports.
- Coordinate with management, auditors and internal departments for accounting requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation, vouchers and supporting financial records.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
- Assist with GST-related documentation, statuto
