Role & responsibilities

* Manage complete day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

* Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, journals, bank reconciliation and general accounting.

* Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliations and related filings.

* Manage TDS, income-tax related compliance and other statutory requirements.

* Coordinate with CA, tax consultants, auditors and statutory authorities.

* Prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, balance sheet, cash-flow statements and management reports.

* Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable and outstanding payments.

Preferred candidate profile

* 712+ years of relevant accounting and finance experience.

* Strong practical knowledge of GST and taxation.





* Experience in NBFC/lending/financial services accounting is highly preferred.

* Experience in automotive manufacturing/production accounting is highly preferred.

* Exposure to retail/dealer sales accounting will be an advantage.

* Strong knowledge of TDS, GST reconciliation and statutory compliance.

* Positive understanding of P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow and MIS.

* Experience with accounting software/ERP and MS Excel.

* Ability to independently manage the finance and accounts function.
