Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced professional for the role of Senior Supply Chain Management. The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehouse coordination, and vendor management. The ideal candidate should possess robust analytical skills and a proven ability to optimize supply chain processes while ensuring operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Operations

• Manage end-to-end supply chain activities from procurement to final product delivery.

• Ensure uninterrupted availability of inventory across warehouses and

channels.

• Monitor supply chain performance and implement process improvements.

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supply chain functions.

Demand Planning & Inventory Management

• Forecast demand based on historical data,



sales trends, and business

requirements.

• Maintain optimum inventory levels to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory.

• Track inventory movement and ensure inventory accuracy.

• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for production and replenishment planning.

Procurement &; Vendor Management

• Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely procurement of materials.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with vendors.

• Evaluate vendor performance and identify alternate sourcing opportunities.

• Ensure cost optimization while maintaining quality standards.

Logistics & Warehouse Management

• Oversee warehousing and distribution activities.

• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

• Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for operational

efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with inventory and warehouse
