*Role: Total Service Production Editor Trainee*

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the production workflow of assigned books or journals.
- Track project schedules and ensure timely completion of production milestones.
- Communicate with authors, editors, and vendors through email regarding project updates and queries.
- Review manuscripts and production files for completeness and accuracy.
- Perform quality checks to ensure adherence to publisher guidelines.
- Follow up on pending tasks and resolve production-related issues.
- Maintain project records and update production tracking systems.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed within the agreed turnaround time.

Required Skills
- Good written and verbal communication in English.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented workplace.
- Willingness to learn publishing workflows and quality standards.
