Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced, strategic and entrepreneurial Chief Executive Officer to take overall responsibility for the company's business growth, profitability, operations and organizational development.

The CEO will work closely with the promoters and leadership team to develop and execute the company's growth strategy, strengthen sales and distribution, build a high-performance team,



expand into new markets and establish Surbhika as a strong national and international brand.

The ideal candidate should have a strong business ownership mindset, proven leadership experience and the ability to convert strategy into measurable business results.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Business Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the company's short-term and long-term business strategy.
- Define business goals, growth plans, KPIs and performance targets.
- Take overall ownership of business growth, revenue and profitability.
- Work closely with promoters/partners on strategic decisions and business expansion.
- Build a professionally managed, performance-driven organization.

2. Sales & Business Growth
- Lead overall sales strategy and drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Expand distributor, dealer, retail and institutional networks across India.
