1. Sales & Client Handling

Identify, approach, and engage potential clients for the Company's products and services.

Maintain regular communication with clients and build strong qualified relationships. Understand client requirements clearly and provide appropriate product/service information.

Provide timely responses to client inquiries and follow up on ongoing discussions. Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the Company.

Incentives shall be provided based on performance as per the Company's prevailing incentive policy.

2. CRM Management (GetLead.so)

Maintain and update all client data, leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the GetLead.so CRM.

Ensure the CRM is kept accurate, complete, and up to date at all times.

Record all sales activities, lead status updates, and customer communications in the CRM system without delay.

Ensure proper tracking of leads from initiation to closure.

3. Site Visits & Client Meetings

Plan and conduct site visits as required for project evaluation, client discussions, and requirement gathering.





Schedule and attend meetings with architects, consultants, and clients in a timely manner. Coordinate site visit schedules efficiently to ensure effective use of time and resources. Ensure proper follow-up after every site visit or client meeting.

4. Weekly Planning & Reporting

Prepare and submit next week's work schedule every Saturday through the designated group.

Include planned site visits, client meetings, follow-ups, and key activities in the weekly plan. Ensure adherence to the planned schedule unless changes are approved by management.

5. Annual Salary Increment:

Salary hikes and annual increments will be decided on a yearly basis based on overall performance. The evaluation will include: - KPI (Key Performance Indicator) achievement - Get Lead app adoption and regular usage - Discipline and adherence to company policies - Target achievement and overall performance The management's evaluation based on these
