International Outbound Sales Specialist

- Shift Timing: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

- Industry: Insurance Salary Range: ₹45000 – ₹1, 00,000/month + Performance Bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound sales calls for the Australian market
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers
- Promote and sell insurance-related products/services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Follow sales scripts, compliance standards, and quality processes
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience
- Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in International Outbound Sales
- Prior experience working with the Australian market is mandatory
- Experience in the Insurance domain is highly preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust objection handling and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Comfortable working in early morning shifts (6 AM – 2 PM) Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking systems Strong listening, persuasion, and closing skills Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Professional attitude with strong work ethics
