SAP Ariba & HR Ops Specialist

Location: India, Remote

About the Role

We're looking for a versatile qualified with hands-on SAP Ariba expertise who can also support core HR operations . Great fit for someone who enjoys working across procurement and people processes.

What You'll Do
- Manage supplier invoices, approvals, and payment workflows in SAP Ariba
- Reconcile invoices with POs and resolve vendor queries
- Support employee lifecycle activities: onboarding, records, exits,



and HR documentation
- Maintain HRMS data and assist with compliance & audits
- Partner with TA team for smooth new-hire handovers

What You Bring
- 4-8 years' experience, with exposure to both SAP Ariba and HR operations
- Hands-on SAP Ariba experience (invoice processing/procurement workflows)
- Working knowledge of HR ops (excluding payroll)
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with HRMS/ERP systems
- Detail-oriented, organized, and confidential-information-savvy

Nice to Have
- Experience in a shared services or cross-functional role
- Knowledge of SAP ECC/S4HANA
- Exposure to global stakeholders/vendors
