We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Executive to join our Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling to potential customers, generating new leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
This role involves field visits, meeting prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and explaining suitable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate current sales leads through field visits, references, and other channels.
- Visit potential customers and understand their business requirements.
- Present and explain the company's software products and solutions to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for product demonstrations and customer requirements.
- Maintain regular records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Stay updated about the company's software products and their features.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Travel within the assigned area as required for customer meetings and business development.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Candidates with BBA / B.Com / BCA or any relevant graduation degree are preferred.
- 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, or a related role.
- Freshers with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
- Candidate must be comfortable with field work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain products clearly.
