Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
SAP HR Security Consultant
with 8+ years of experience in SAP Security, particularly within the
SAP HCM/HR landscape
. The candidate should have strong expertise in role design, authorization concepts, user administration, and security troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain
SAP HR/HCM security roles and authorizations
.
- Work on
PFCG roles, authorization objects, profiles, and access controls
.
- Manage user provisioning, role assignment, and access reviews.
- Configure and troubleshoot
structural authorizations
in SAP HCM.
- Work with HR-specific authorization objects and organizational-level restrictions.
- Support security requirements across
Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll
.
- Perform authorization analysis, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Support
SOD, audit, compliance, and access review




activities.
- Collaborate with HR functional teams and business stakeholders to understand security requirements.
- Handle production support, incident resolution, testing, and transport activities.
- Prepare security documentation and support periodic access reviews.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of SAP Security experience
with strong SAP HR/HCM Security exposure.
- Hands-on experience with
SAP HCM/HR Authorization
.
- Strong knowledge of
PFCG, Roles & Profiles, Authorization Objects
.
- Experience with
Structural Authorization
.
- Knowledge of HR modules such as
PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll
.
- Experience with user administration and role provisioning.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience with
SAP GRC
is an advantage.
- S/4HANA security experience is a plus.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
