Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day service department operations.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff.
- Achieve monthly targets for service volume, revenue, labour sales, parts, and accessories.
- Ensure vehicles are serviced and delivered on time with proper quality checks.
- Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Improve customer satisfaction, NPS, and Google ratings.
- Monitor repeat repairs, warranty claims, and technical complaints.
- Ensure proper job card creation, estimates, approvals, and billing procedures.
- Monitor workshop productivity, technician efficiency, and bay utilization.
- Ensure proper usage and control of tools, equipment, spare parts, and consumables.
- Coordinate with Parts, Sales, CRM, Accounts, and management teams.
- Conduct daily service meetings and review team performance.
- Ensure proper follow-up with customers for periodic service and pending jobs.
- Monitor service retention and increase customer return visits.
- Ensure compliance with Bajaj service processes, safety standards,



and company policies.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports.
- Conduct training and skill-development programs for service employees.
- Maintain workshop cleanliness, discipline, grooming, and safety standards.

Eligibility
- Diploma / Degree in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in automobile service operations.
- Experience in a two-wheeler dealership is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of workshop operations and service processes.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
