Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our grocery store team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, maintain product displays, handle billing, and ensure a smooth shopping experience while achieving store sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with product selection.
- Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and properly displayed.
- Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
- Monitor inventory and inform supervisors about low stock.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store.
- Promote ongoing offers and recommend products to customers.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and arranging recent stock.
- Follow store policies and maintain excellent customer service standards.

Requirements




- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in retail or grocery sales (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing systems and MS Office is an advantage.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
