As our U.S. operations continue to expand, we are strengthening our Call Center team to ensure that every

prospective client receives a fast, professional, engaging, and sales-focused customer experience.

We are looking for highly motivated Call Center Sales & Appointment Specialists who are confident

communicating with U.S.-based customers, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and capable

of converting customer inquiries into qualified appointments.

This is not a traditional customer-service-only position. The successful candidate will be expected to

understand customer needs, build trust, overcome objections, follow up with leads, and actively contribute

to appointment and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities





• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

• Respond promptly to prospective customers generated through Cleopatra Ink's marketing and

advertising campaigns.

• Understand each customer's tattoo or piercing needs through effective discovery questions.

• Provide clear and accurate information regarding Cleopatra Ink services, studios, appointment

processes, and general service options.

• Convert qualified customer inquiries into booked consultations and appointments.

• Follow up with prospective customers who have not yet scheduled an appointment.

• Contact missed calls and pending leads within established response-time standards.

• Handle customer concerns, hesitation, and objections professionally while working toward appointment

conversion.

• Build rapport and confidence with U.S.-based customers through natural and professional

communication.
