Job Title: Java Technical Lead

Experience: 12 to 16 Years

Location: Bengaluru

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Java Technical Lead with 12 to 16 years of experience to lead a small development team and drive the successful delivery of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Java, Microservices, and AWS (or any cloud platform), along with prior experience leading development teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 4 to 5 developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and drive project execution.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards,



best practices, and quality processes.
- Work closely with development teams to resolve technical challenges and support project delivery.

Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Java and Microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AWS (preferred) or any other cloud platform.
- Good knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Experience in designing and developing scalable, cloud-based applications.
- Robust problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience leading a small technical team is mandatory.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
