Role & responsibilities
- Sustain and support all ATE testers and handlers to ensure stable and continuous test operations.
- Perform daily equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair to minimize production downtime.
- Lead setup, correlation, and buyoff of testers and handlers for current package or product transfers.
- Monitor test yield performance, identify recurring issues, and drive corrective actions with related teams.
- Coordinate with the Test Development team to implement program updates and hardware changes in production.
- Manage spare part inventory, ensuring timely replacement and repair of critical components.
- Supervise and guide a team of test technicians, ensuring adherence to operating procedures and safety standards.
- Generate regular reports on equipment uptime, yield, tester utilization, and key performance indicators.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, test throughput, and cost efficiency.
- Support engineering audits, documentation updates, and compliance with QMS and ESD standards.
